TURNKEY PLASTIC PYROLYSIS PLANTS
Pyrtherm develops and delivers complete plastic pyrolysis plants worldwide. One accountable scope connects feedstock qualification, process engineering, equipment, construction, commissioning, performance testing, training and operational handover.
COMPLETE PROJECT SCOPE
A complete plant budget and performance basis extend across the reactor and the balance of plant. Pyrtherm defines the full project around the client’s actual material, site, products and investment objective.
Polymer mix, contamination, supply variability, storage and preparation requirements.
Conversion, vapor and condensation duties, gas and energy integration, utilities, controls and safety.
Oil and wax targets, testing, conditioning needs, logistics and customer acceptance criteria.
Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, training and contract-defined performance testing.

01 / PLASTIC
Polyolefin conversion reaches consistent performance when wax, heat transfer, feedstock, metallurgy, uptime and product acceptance are engineered together.
Long-chain hydrocarbons may gel or solidify as the product cools toward ambient temperature—often around 45 °C or higher, depending on composition. Temperature control, heat tracing, staged condensation and accessible cleaning keep vapor lines, condensers, filters and tanks productive.
WHY PYRTHERM
Pyrtherm connects the decisions vendors usually separate. The work starts with the real feedstock and ends with a product a real customer can accept.
